Pecan Smoked Brisket Cheeseball

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 – cup brisket (cut into small pieces or shredded)
  • 4 Tbsp Three Little Pigs Pecan seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Three Little Pigs Competition Sauce  

Directions:

  • Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
  • Add cream cheese blocks to pan then sprinkle.
  • 2-Tbsp seasoning on top of each Cream Cheese block.
  • Place pan on smoker for 30 minutes.
  • Allow cream cheese to cool down.
  • In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese blocks with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
  • Add 1 cup brisket pieces. Mix well.
  • Layout a piece of plastic wrap. Place cheese ball mixture into center of plastic wrap. Then   wrap   up sides of plastic to form a ball.
  • Shape the ball then refrigerate for an hour.
  • Transfer ball to serving tray. Serve with crackers.
