
Ingredients:
- 2- Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
- 2- Slices of Thin Cut Bacon
- Three Little Pigs Spicy Lemon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Three Little Pigs Competition BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Lightly apply Extra Virgin Olive Oil to both sides of the breasts.
- Apply Three Little Pigs Lemon Pepper rub to both sides of the Breasts.
- Wrap the thin cut bacon around each breast to help tighten.
- Prepare smoker with your choice of pellets or charcoal and set temp to 225-250 degrees.
- Add your choice of flavor wood or pellets cook until breast is firm to touch (160 degrees) usually 1 to 1 ½ hours.
- Lightly glaze the Chicken Breasts with Three Little Pig’s Competition BBQ sauce.
- Remove breast and cut against the grain for the best results and bite tenderness.
