Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2- Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
  • 2- Slices of Thin Cut Bacon
  •  Three Little Pigs Spicy Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Three Little Pigs Competition BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  • Lightly apply Extra Virgin Olive Oil to both sides of the breasts.
  • Apply Three Little Pigs Lemon Pepper rub to both sides of the Breasts.
  • Wrap the thin cut bacon around each breast to help tighten.
  • Prepare smoker with your choice of pellets or charcoal and set temp to 225-250 degrees.
  • Add your choice of flavor wood or pellets cook until breast is firm to touch (160 degrees) usually 1 to 1 ½ hours.
  • Lightly glaze the Chicken Breasts with Three Little Pig’s Competition BBQ sauce.
  • Remove breast and cut against the grain for the best results and bite tenderness.
