🛒 Ingredients:
- 8 lamb chops (loin or rib)
- 2 tbsp Three Little Pigs Championship Rub (for that perfect BBQ backbone)
- 1 tbsp Three Little Pigs Spicy Honey Maple Rub (for a sweet & spicy contrast)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup Three Little Pigs Competition BBQ Sauce (for glazing and dipping)
🧂 Marinade & Prep:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary (if using), and both rubs.
- Rub the mixture generously over the lamb chops.
- Place in a dish or zip-top bag, cover, and refrigerate for 2–4 hours.
🔥 Grilling Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400–450°F).
- Remove chops from the marinade and let them sit at room temp for 15 minutes.
- Grill chops for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp ~130°F).
- During the last 1–2 minutes, brush with Three Little Pigs Competition Sauce for a sticky-sweet glaze.
🍽️ Serving Tip:
Serve with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and extra sauce on the side for dipping.
