🌮 1. Brisket Taco – Spicy & Savory
Ingredients:
- 1 lb smoked brisket (flat or point), chopped.
- 1 tbsp Three Little Pigs Hot Championship Rub
- 2 tbsp Three Little Pigs Touch of Cherry Sauce
- Corn tortillas
- Pickled red onions.
- Cotija cheese
- Cilantro
Instructions:
- Reheat chopped brisket in a skillet or foil packet with a splash of beef stock.
- Season with a touch Hot Championship Rub.
- Warm tortillas and pile on the brisket.
- Top with pickled onions, crumbled cotija, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with Touch of Cherry Sauce.
🌮 2. Pulled Pork Taco – Sweet & Smoky
Ingredients:
- 1 lb smoked pulled pork
- 1 tbsp Three Little Pigs Pecan Rub
- 2 tbsp Three Little Pigs Kansas City Sweet Sauce
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Diced pineapple (optional)
- Jalapeño slices
Instructions:
- Toss pulled pork with a sprinkle of Pecan Rub.
- Heat pork and glaze lightly with Kansas City Sweet Sauce.
- Layer on a tortilla with cabbage and a few pineapple chunks.
- Top with jalapeños and extra sauce if desired.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb smoked or grilled chicken thighs, chopped
- 1 tbsp Three Little Pigs Lemon Pepper Rub
- 2 tbsp Three Little Pigs Spicy Honey Sauce or a white BBQ sauce
- Mini flour tortillas
- Avocado crema (blend avocado, lime juice, sour cream)
- Shredded romaine or spring greens
- Fresh lime wedges
Instructions:
- Rub chicken with Lemon Pepper before grilling or smoking.
