Chris Marks is a world-renowned pitmaster and the driving force behind Three Little Pigs BBQ Rubs & Sauces. Based in Kansas City — widely regarded as the heart of American barbecue — Chris has built a reputation as one of the most accomplished and influential figures in competitive and live-fire cooking.
Over the course of his career, Marks has earned more than 50 Grand Championships and over 600 individual awards, placing him among the most decorated pitmasters in the world. He is an eight-time Grand Champion of the American Royal World Series of Barbecue — the most in the event’s history — and has also claimed victory at the prestigious Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue.
As Chief BBQ Expert (CBBQE) of Three Little Pigs, Chris partners with specialty retailers and dealers across the United States to help develop premier barbecue destinations. He is equally passionate about education, mentoring thousands of enthusiasts, and professionals through hands-on instruction.
